Active Parks – Fitness Sessions in South Park

VisionRCL are running a series of regular fitness sessions in Redbridge Parks. In South Park on Thursdays at 5.30pm they are running ‘Boot Camp Lite’ with instructors for 45 minute fitness sessions for beginners. Under 16’s must be with an adult.
